Can you deliver in winter or during bad weather?


Yes, we deliver year-round, but for safety and logistics, we may reschedule during extreme weather. We’ll stay in touch and give you a heads-up if changes are needed.

How do I know which delivery option I need?

It depends on your backyard access and how much help you want. If you have a clear path and want to install it yourself, curbside may work. If you want us to handle setup or have tight access, standard or white glove is best. We’re happy to assess your space and recommend the right fit.

What’s included in the White Glove Installation?

Everything from backyard placement, spa accessory installation and a walkthrough of how to use your spa. We’ll even help you fill it and explain startup procedures.
